Our Process
When you contact us, the first step is simple. We gather basic information about your claim through an intake form, then schedule a consultation to discuss your situation in detail. This helps us understand what’s happened, where things stand with your insurance company, and how we can help.
If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll formalize our agreement and get to work on your behalf. From there, we inspect the property, verify damages, and begin managing the claim process from start to finish. Every claim is different, but our approach always includes thorough documentation, detailed estimating, and direct communication with the insurance company. When needed, we coordinate additional inspections or bring in experts to ensure no part of your loss is overlooked.
Once all documentation is complete, we prepare and submit the required estimate and proof of loss, then handle the negotiation process to reach a fair and accurate settlement. Throughout the process, we keep you informed and involved as much—or as little—as you prefer.
With over a decade of experience as a contractor, public adjuster, and expert for most of the major insurance carriers, I understand how each side of the claim operates.
